[1] Tina Chambers has over 23 years of experience in qualified and nonqualified retirement plan design, implementation, and ongoing operations. At SCLC [2], she specializes in supporting fiduciary [3] committees, helping Plan sponsors evaluate various retirement Plan providers, and designing and delivering investment education programs. Before joining SCLC in 2009, she served as vice president and marketing manager for Union Bank of California’s Institutional Services and Asset Management division, where she was responsible for marketing, client communication, sales support, and product development for retirement Plan, asset management, and securities services. Prior to her stint at Union Bank, Tina spent nine years in the securities industry, first at Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services Group, then at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, working on business development, marketing, and employee communications.
Ms. Chambers has written articles for Institutional Investor and PLANSPONSOR, has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences, and has contributed to several award-winning employee education campaigns recognized by the Profit Sharing Council of America. Tina is an active member of ASPPA,the Western Pension & Benefits Conference and the San Francisco Financial Women’s Association. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the San Francisco chapter of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference as Treasurer.
Ms. Chambers is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology.
