Consequently, we maintain and regularly update a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) designed to expedite resumption of our business operations. Among the subjects covered by the Plan are methods by which our clients and business partners may contact us and administer their portfolios in the event of a disaster affecting our San Francisco home office.
