The Western Pension & Benefits Conference (WPBC) was founded in 1954 in San Francisco. Since then the organization has grown to 2,500 members located within twelve chapters throughout the western United States including Hawaii. The purpose is to educate, promote information, foster sound principals of benefit plan governance within the industry.
