Dale W. Schultz (President) is a financial advisor and consultant to fiduciaries of qualified pension plans and has seventeen years experience in the financial services industry. From 1988 through 1994, Mr. Schultz researched and adopted many of the objective statistical and mathematical principles that now serve as the basis for the firm’s investment counsel. In 1989, he instituted a fee-based approach to portfolio design and management while developing systems and protocol for supervising investment portfolios. In addition to managing individual and institutional portfolios, Mr. Schultz has served as an advisor to law firms, professional and industry associations, school districts and corporations with respect to the investment policy and structure of their retirement savings plans. In recent years, Mr. Schultz has focused on the evolving regulation of participant-directed qualified plans under ERISA. He is co-author of a definitive book on the subject. Mr. Schultz studied philosophy at Michigan State University. He holds a Professional Designation in Financial Planning from the University of California at Berkeley.
