Ken has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, May 1987. He has been working in the computer industry since 1988, and as an independent consultant since 1992. Previous clients include Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America and Pacific Bell.

He specializes in Microsoft and Novell networks and currently holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Messaging 2003 certification.
