Firm Overview

Helping Investors Make Informed Financial Decisions

Schultz Collins Lawson Chambers helps investors make informed financial decisions. We have no investment product to offer, nor do we accept finders fees, commissions or other traditional compensation arrangements. Rather, our clients pay us directly for providing factual, insightful and useful information.

Financial Analysis Techniques

Guided by principles derived from research in financial economics, we employ rigorous statistical techniques and sophisticated financial models to analyze investment opportunities and recommend solutions with a high probability of achieving investment objectives. Perhaps more importantly, we illustrate:

  • The range of possible outcomes;
  • The chance that the investor will not meet the intended wealth accumulation target; and
  • The magnitude of the potential shortfall.

By illustrating what might happen if investment strategies don’t perform as planned, we ensure that our clients understand the true nature of the risk implicit in the proposed approach, and are both financially and emotionally prepared to accept the vicissitudes of the market.

Helping Clients Build Prudent Portfolios

Our primary objective is to help clients construct diversified portfolios that don’t rely on short term market forecasting or high-cost trading strategies. Consistent with our adherence to the legal standards of prudent investment, our corporate investment philosophy is based on the body of academic work in financial economics.

Defining Financial Success

Whether our clients are 401(k) plan participants, pension committee members, corporate decision-makers, trustees or individual investors, when they engage our firm, they expect, demand and receive:

  • Unbiased factual information tailored to their unique financial circumstances;
  • An evaluation of the range of potential outcomes implicit in each financial decision; and
  • Advice presented with their best interest in mind.

We can’t promise our clients successful financial outcomes. But we can, and do, help them make informed financial decisions.
